Welcome to Shine by Design. By accessing or using our website (https://shinebydesign.hair) or booking services with Gilda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Gilda offers mobile hairstyling, cuts, coloring, extensions, and consultation services by appointment only. Services are provided at the client's designated location unless otherwise agreed.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

All bookings must be made via the website or directly through your account. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

3. Payments

Pricing for services is available on the website. Payment is due upon completion of the appointment. Gilda accepts credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, or cash. Tips are appreciated and can be given via any payment method.

4. SMS Communication

By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to receive appointment confirmations and important service-related messages via SMS. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

5. Liability

Gilda is not responsible for any allergic reactions or damage resulting from products used during appointments. Please inform Gilda in advance of any sensitivities or concerns..

6. Modifications

Shine by Design reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
